The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Alumni Association is set to hold its 19th Annual Lecture as part of ongoing efforts to address the growing concerns around access, quality, and equity in Nigeria’s educational sector.
The lecture, titled “Bridging the Educational Divide: Addressing Access, Quality and Equity Challenges in Nigerian Schools,” will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at The Great Hall, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso by 10:00 am.
According to the organizers, the annual lecture is designed to provide a platform for students, educators and policymakers to engage in meaningful conversations on sustainable solutions to the persistent gaps in the country’s educational system.
The association said the lecture offers a “golden opportunity” for stakeholders to exchange insights and develop actionable strategies that could help reposition Nigerian schools for improved performance and inclusiveness.
The event is expected to draw academics, education advocates, government representatives, and members of the LAUTECH community.
